Responsible for the overall cleanliness of building interiors and the curb appeal of the community by maintaining the highest level of superb presentation. This includes the amenities, leasing office, breezeways, and common areas.

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for general maintenance repairs in the community. Specific duties include housekeeping, grounds, general maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs. Will assist with apartment refurbishing and service orders
Responsible for the overall maintenance of the property by having a working knowledge of the property’s systems and related code requirements, including fire protection, security, grounds, internal structural plans, HVAC, electrical and plumbing. Complete supervision of all maintenance personnel inclusive hiring, terminating, evaluating and applying disciplinary actions. Authorization to supervise contracted vendor services.
Responsible for the leasing process from introduction to the actual occupancy of the resident and maintains communication throughout the tenancy of the resident. Interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
Responsible for insuring the efficient operation of the property under the direction of the Community Manager. Able to assume responsibility for the property in the Community Manager's absence and Leasing Consultant
Residential Community Managers help investment property owners and homeowners in preserving and increasing the value of their real estate investments. They manage the day-to-day financial operations of the property, including finding and placing qualified tenants, and they ensure the property is in good working order.
